The word Para means to come alongside — to be beside, to support, to move in step with. That idea sits at the heart of Para Partners. We exist to come alongside business owners as true partners, providing capital, insight, and strategic support to help businesses grow stronger and more valuable over time.
We believe the best outcomes are built side by side. Every business has its own story, strengths, and goals, and we take a thoughtful, aligned approach to every partnership. Our role is not to take over, but to support, strengthen, and help unlock what’s possible.
Founder-Led & Operator-Informed
Para Partners is led by a husband-and-wife duo with more than 30 years of combined experience in the entrepreneurial world. Having built, operated, and advised businesses across industries, they understand firsthand the realities of ownership — the risks, the decisions, and the responsibility that come with leading a company.
Both founders also come from entrepreneurial families, where business ownership and long-term thinking were part of everyday life. That background shapes how Para Partners approaches investing today: with respect for what owners have built and a practical understanding of what it takes to grow and sustain a business.
